ORDERING

What are the available modes of payment?

We currently only accept paynow/ paylah. 

Why is my discount code not working?

Your discount code might have expired or a technical glitch might have occured. If you think that the discount code has not expired, please reach out to us at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Cancellation is strictly disallowed. 

We always want to make sure your order is delivered to your fur kids as quickly as possible. Thus, any amendments can only be made if orders have yet to be fulfilled by our logistic team. Drop us a DM on IG @ source_sage_club or email us at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com if you wish to amend your orders.

 

What is your return/refund policy?

All food items sold are not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds due to food safety and hygiene reasons. We thank you for your understanding!

DELIVERY

When will my order be delivered?

From the date of your payment, we aim to deliver your order within four (4) to five (5) business days. You will also be provided with a tracking code via email upon fulfillment of your order. Drop us a DM on IG @ source_sage_club or email us at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com if you need your orders urgently, surcharge applies.

What is my tracking code?

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking code will be sent via email to your registered email address.

 

It’s been more than four (4) - five (5) days since I ordered my treats, what should I do?

We are on it! We track all orders to ensure that they are delivered within four (4) to five (5) business days. However, please feel free to reach out to us at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com so that we can provide you with live updates to ensure that your order is fulfilled.

 

WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUTOR

Can I get a bulk discount if I order more?

If you would like to make an order of more than 3kg of treats, please feel free to reach out to us at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com for preferred wholesale pricing and we will reach out to you within 2 working days.

Can I distribute or re-sell your product?

Yes! However, please write in to us to get exclusive distributor rights before you do so at asksourcesageclub@gmail.com or fill up this form. Our distributors are currently reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment on sustainability and ethics.
